Outside UK Mainland

Due to COVID and the current Brexit transition, any orders outside UK Mainland are currently been suspended until we are confident that we can continue to offer our customers an excellent delivery service. We hope this can resume soon, thank you for your understanding.

Returns

Our return policy is 14 days, unless an item is faulty.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange

Returns should include your name, address, order reference and reason for return.

All returns should be liaised with our customer service department prior to return.

You must contact us and request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return postage will not be credited unless item is damaged.
We are not liable for any returns that do not reach us. Please always keep a receipt for your postage.

Please allow 7 working days from the date we receive your return to inspect it and process your refund.

 

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty please email info@artisanlivingcompany.com with description and photo evidence within 24 hours. Photo evidence is required. 

Please note that shedding fibres and pilling should be expected with wool products and texture will change over time with handling and washing. We do not accept returns for these reasons as they are to be expected as normal wear and tear, not faults.
